Job Description

Can you assist in supervising the Guest Experience Team to ensure that Team Members are prepared and well-informed to deliver guests an exceptional experience from touch down to take off? Are you aware that the role is responsible for managing the first impressions of our guests and, therefore, must oversee the entire guest experience operations to maintain high standards sales attitude and promotes the hotel brand, use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities, impart knowledge to the team to ensure departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures are met to satisfaction? Do you know that you are also responsible for short and long-term planning and day-to-day operations of the room and related areas? Are you aware that your major areas of responsibilities/management include front office, concierge, telephone operator and Nikki Shop? If you have answered yes to all of our questions above, you might be our Nikki fit for the role

 

General Requirements:

Excellent written and spoken English is a must. 

Female candidates are preferred 

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel property. 

Strong organisational, budgetary, troubleshooting and technical skills complimented by good leadership and time management skills is crucial. 

Familiarity with any front office POS system is essential.
