We are looking for a Restaurant Manager for our Nikki Beach Restaurant at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai, whose role is to organize and direct a team that develops top quality of food anp beverage products, You will be responsible and overseeing the daily restaurant operation to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality service while meeting exceeding financial goals. You will also be reponsible on conducting regular training sessions for your team and evaluating the team's performance

Requirement:

• Holding the similar role in 5 star Hotels/ Resort with minimum 1 year experience
• Problem solving and decision making skills
• Solid F&B knowledge and background
• Leadership skill to develop & motivate Team
