Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai is looking for Executive Office Coordinator
The role will involve, but is not limited to, managing the Executive Office operations by delivering hospitable, efficient, and professional service to enhance both internal and external guest satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires ensuring the smooth running of office administration, training and supporting the team in implementing operational standards, and adhering to all Nikki Beach mandates, policies, rules, and guidelines. You will also be responsible for the professional management of the General Manager’s administrative tools and confidential materials, as well as those of guests and associates.
Ideal candidates should possess:
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- At least one year of secretarial experience at the senior management level (hospitality experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- A well-groomed and professional appearance
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate respectfully and professionally with others
