Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai is currently looking for Marketing Executive

The role is to deliver an outstanding guest experience, that have a passion for marketing and creativity, a whatever it takes mentality, and a drive to be extraordinary! You will be responsible and overseeing the beach club outlet & Nikki Beach Restaurant that part of the hotel & resort.

An ideal candidate will have the following personality traits, skills and experiences:

·Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position.

·Understands luxury branding and importance of customer service and personal contact with clients.

·Prior experience with digital marketing, social media management, working in luxury lifestyle sector and/or hospitality would be desired from the candidate.

·Is fluent in English. Any additional language is a plus!

·Is creative, courageous, adventurous and spots opportunities to shake things up.

·Has excellent organizational and time management skills; is ambitious and hardworking.

·Is people oriented and not afraid of trying new ways of doing things or other people’s. 

·Is respectful and humble. 

·Can think critically and has strong decision-making abilities.

·Is confident in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment.

·Has genuine enthusiasm and attitude for customer service and creating memorable events
