Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai is currently looking for Guest Experience Lifestyle Manager (Duty Manager)

The role is responsible for managing all aspect of guest experience are execute in accordance of the brand standard, handling guest complaints and has the ability of problem solving, Leading the team to ensure the day to day operation runs smoothly. Reviewing guest amenities for guests & VIP preferences, involves in training team members for the procedures and steps in for the check in/out procedures whenever is required.

Requirements:

* Solid Front Office experience minimum of 3 years in 5 star Resort/Hotel operation 

* Experience of supervising team members in Front Office Department 

* Female Associates are prioritized

* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills 

* Familiarity in Microsoft Office and working with computer & POS
