We are looking for a Hostess whose role is to deliver an outstanding customer experience. We’re seeking a passion for hospitality, creativity, and a drive to be extraordinary!

 

Gain international experience and join our diverse team of very skilled professionals.

 

Your tasks will cover the following:

  • Has a very good understanding of the Nikki Beach concept and offerings including promotions and is able to verbally explain those to the guests
  • Display proper and professional phone etiquette and ensure that all guest details and requests are clearly registered, communicated, and met
  • Consistently offer warm, professional, friendly, and engaging service
  • Welcome clients with the overall objective to delight and satisfy each and every guest
  • Review comments shared by guests and if no resolution can be found, refer the matter to the Manager
  • Bid a friendly farewell to guests and sincerely thank them for their visit
  • Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure a smooth service delivery
  • Ensure that the uniform provided is kept clean, presentable, and in good condition, and that personal appearance and hygiene standards are exemplary to demonstrate a professional image for our guests
  • Deal promptly, efficiently, and pleasantly with any inquiries
  • Communicate clearly and directly with all colleagues
  • Be a committed team player; proactively cooperating and supporting colleagues in operational tasks if required
  • Listens to every guest and observes body language to be able to understand guest needs and expectations and consistently delights and satisfies every guest
  • Have a natural, warm smile and a friendly and passionate approach towards guests and handle and resolve challenging situations with guests

 

An ideal candidate will have the following personality traits, skills, and experiences:

 

  • Understands luxury branding and the importance of customer service and personal contact with clients
  • Prior experience working in the luxury lifestyle sector and/or hospitality
  • Ability to work long hours with a strong focus on operational excellence
  • Is fluent in English and any additional language is a plus
  • Is creative, courageous, and adventurous
  • Has excellent organizational and time management skills; is ambitious and hardworking
  • Is people-oriented and not afraid of trying new ways of doing things or other people’s ideas
  • Is respectful and humble. No matter who you are speaking to, you treat everyone the same
  • Can think critically and has strong decision-making abilities
  • Is confident in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment
  • Has genuine enthusiasm and a positive attitude when it comes to customer service and creating memorable events
