The Restaurant Floor Supervisor assists the Restaurant General Manager in ensuring that the restaurant is managed as a successful profit centre, whilst ensuring maximum guest satisfaction. Preference given to lady candidates

REQUIREMENTS:
• Passionate about food and beverage and guest service, in touch with the current trends. 3+ years in upscale dining restaurant management.
• Experience managing the floor on successful restaurants.
• Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions.
• Attend and lead effective pre-shifts.
• Strong knowledge in Wines and Spirits, preferably WSET certified.
• Responsible for all staff training, and for maintaining all side work schedules for all FOH departments.
• Good working knowledge with Technology- restaurant related software: POS, delivery platforms, email and other forms of communication
• Social Media savvy
