Urgent Hiring for CDP & Commi Chef  

Job Role:

• Run the entire kitchens operation in a big food truck

• Follow SOPs on food quality and presentation

• Control wastage and F&B cost

• Managing inventory reports

• Leadership skills to manage junior cooks

• Place purchase orders with supplier and manage inventory

• Instruct cooks and other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food

• Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulation

• Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met

Requirements:

Open to All nationals

At least 2 years’ experience as a CDP or DCDP or kitchen supervisor

Must be familiar in HACCP awareness and food hygiene

Good communication and comprehension skills.
