We have an opening for the Reservation agent in the Meshico Group Head Office.

The role is taking and confirming weekly reservation with the guests and communicating and updating hostess desk. 

The perfect candidate  must have complete knowledge of the F&B menu and the price list and be aware of any updates and events.

Skills/ Knowledge

Speaks clearly, distinctly, and with a friendly, courteous tone. 

Uses listening skills to put callers at ease and obtains accurate, complete information.

• Friendly personality who enjoys dealing with a variety of different people
• Pleasant demeanor and temperament with a strong focus on customer service
• Flexible schedule for nights, weekends, holidays, and/or split shifts as necessary
• Knowledge and experience in upselling
• She should have fluency in English
