Position Title: Head Waiter/Waitress

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: depending on experience and qualifications plus tips/service charge  

High-end casual dining restaurant experience is mandatory.

Job Description:

• Serves food and beverages according to service standards and checks the quality and consistency before serving
• Creates a warm guest dining experience through a personalized approach and attention to detail.
• Handle guests’ order and accurately inputs orders in the system, adhering to cash handling procedures and cash register policies
• Checks all set ups, and organize the side station before and after the operation of each shift 
• Adheres to all other service standards and procedures (Manuals / SOP, HACCP)
