Primary Responsibilities at Shambala Stones

• Customer service to everyone that walks into the store
• Sell and explain the different type of stones and products we have.
• Demonstrate products and show consumers how to maximize their features.
• Explain different types of stones or jewerly and their features.
• Process orders in person and over the phone. 
• Check inventory to ensure product is in stock.
• Collect methods of payment and dispense change.
• Represent and promote the organization with products and services at any events that we organize
• Conduct outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers via telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and to make them know about our brand and products.
• Operate cash registers.
• Set up display cases.
• Ensure pricing is correct.
