We are seeking for a sociable and outgoing Head Hostess with a pleasing personality who thrives in a dynamic and challenging environment. Provide customers with engaging and personalized relationships by creating memorable restaurant arrival experiences for every guest. Responsible to host and seat all guests, ensuring they have a warm welcome experience.

Roles  & Responsibilities

• Consistently offer a professional and friendly greeting, and provide engaging service
• Assist guests regarding food and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Collaborate with the Reservation/ Hostess Team
• Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow
• Follow Restaurant reservation procedures
• Take record and confirm restaurant reservations / cancellations
• Any other reasonable tasks as assigned by the Outlet Manage
• Perform any tasks related to billing according to restaurant standard
• Be committed to being a team player; proactively cooperating with operational tasks 

Skills & Qualification

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Possess flexibility and multi-tasking ability
