Job Description
REQUISITIONS:
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Working in a company handling at least 700 employees
- High experience in recruitment
- Knowledge handling visas, payroll and company assets
- Well presentable
- 100% English language spoken
- Optional. Spanish language spoken
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Plan, organize and control the activities and actions of the Human Resources Department
- Develop and implement personnel policies, approaches, and procedures
- Comply with local legal and government requirements by studying existing and anticipating new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advise the department team and management on needed actions
- Oversee recruitment procedures, including writing and placing job ads and collaborate with the process key stake holders.
- Arrange incoming for all new joiners from flight status, accomodation, benefits and induction.
- Arrange the required documents for visa processing or cancelling, and ensure the procedure of documents submission through portal is done correctly
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of colleagues
- Recommend procedures to the management to reduce colleague’s absence and turnover
- Recognize the need and offer help, counseling or assistance to any of the team members or colleagues
- Demonstrate a commitment to equity, excellence and high expectations for all colleagues by creating organizational policies and structures that remove barriers and foster inclusion for all
- Manage benefits programs such as health insurance, accomodation, transportation, vacation, sick leave, and colleague’s assistance
- Provide support, help and assistance to management and colleagues with questions and workplace challenges by providing advice, counsel, and decisions
- Oversee and monitor the performance management process and ensure that evaluations are planned, for all colleagues and areas for development are addressed and training plans are in place
- Advise department heads on the disciplinary procedure and appropriate resolution of colleagues’ relations issues
- Report on departmental and organizational matters to executive management by analysing data and using HR metrics
- Ensure that separation process for leaving colleagues is executed in line with the company guidelines and legal requirements
- Assist with design and implementation colleague’s benefits and wellbeing to drive engagement and motivation
- Handling new openings and bussinesses for procedures and initial organization.
