Job Description

Employees/staff
- Ensure the smooth operation of the venue with the provision of service for the customer
- Ensure effective venue management and staff work organization to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
- Manage approximately 50 employees with your management team
- Control set standards for service and product
- Lead the establishment staff to organize their work effectively and ensure they are properly informed
- Ensure effective planning of staff numbers, shifts, allocation of responsibilities, and use of working time pool according to the customer traffic curve (seasons, prime time) to achieve the target within the set wage budget.
- Ensure compliance with the dress code
- Participate in continuous training and knowledge checks of the establishment staff
- Participate in the recruitment and selection of new employees
Environment
- Ensure proper opening and closing of the establishment
- Maintain the establishment in perfect condition and cleanliness – identify/communicate defects, follow hygiene regulations, cleaning processes, and sanitation days
- Secure and monitor sufficient inventory at the establishment, prevent inventory shortages
- Effectively manage the budget allocated to controllable operating (overhead) costs according to the set objective
- Adhere to the set layout of furniture, decorations, and other functional parts in the interior and exterior, as well as the fixed atmospheric settings forming the character of the establishment (music, lighting, candles), implement interior design/layout guidelines
Product
- Be familiar with the whole portfolio of products, bear responsibility for compliance with standards and technological procedures during preparation/serving
- Ensure that goods for the establishment are ordered exclusively from contracted suppliers
Profit
- Bear responsibility for the proper accounting and recording of financial resources (cash, takings) and valuables
- Ensure proper reporting to the company's management
- Actively seek ways of achieving turnover targets within a defined time frame
- Maintain a high level of service provided to customers, deal effectively with customer complaints
- Maximize sales opportunities by understanding customer needs, customer behavior, and evaluations of product offerings and quality
- Ensure awareness of all services and products offered by the establishment
- Ensure and manage sales opportunities and stock, overhead reserves at the establishment to maximize sales
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a General Manager of high-end and high-volume licensed venue
- Proven skill experience in organizing and managing a team of 50+ staff for at least 5 years
- English language proficiency
- Customer orientation
- Microsoft Office at a moderately advanced level
- A high level of responsibility and independence
- Ability to handle conflict and stressful situations
- Professional presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to train, effectively motivate, and mentor your staff
