A hot kitchen chef de partie is the one responsible for the freshly cooked items to the customers.
He’s in charge of the kitchen and its staff in a certain shift in which breakfast, lunch or dinner menu is
served.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees and organises the kitchen operations during his shift, in cooperation with the head chef
- Responsible for making new recipes of breakfast, lunch or dinner when required
- Management of the kitchen staff during his the shift
- Food safety and hygienic system follow-up during his shift, in cooperation with the head chef
- Actual cost control during his shift, in cooperation with the head chef
- Stock monitoring during his shift, in cooperation with the head chef
- Quality check of items during his shift, in cooperation with the head chef
- Taking care of the kitchen equipments, machines and tools during his shift, in cooperation with
the head chef
- Technical training of the kitchen staff during his shift, in cooperation with the head chef
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in hot kitchen for more than 3 years and certificate
- Leadership characteristics
