Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the restaurant and assist with their orders.
• Accurately process customer orders using the POS system.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring proper change and receipts.
• Answer customer questions regarding menu items and specials.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
• Monitor and restock supplies as needed (e.g., napkins, straws, condiments).
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with food preparation and/or delivery when needed.
• Follow all restaurant policies and procedures for safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a cashier or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
