Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain impeccable personal grooming and hygiene standards, including clean uniform, tidy hairstyle, and polished shoes.
• Be punctual and reliable for scheduled shifts, ensuring appropriate attire and appearance.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and the restaurant at all times.
• Provide courteous, attentive, and efficient service to guests and staff, ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with departments.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and report issues to the management.
• Manage reservations, ensuring they are recorded correctly and guests' special requests are met.
• Greet and escort guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Handle administrative tasks, including maintaining clean guest databases, ensuring all profiles are up to date with preferences.
• Support the Front of House team, ensuring smooth operations and assisting with the management of restaurant sales opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of at least 1 year experience in a similar role within a leading restaurant brand.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an excellent command of English.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing business demands.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures, including awareness of UAE government health and safety protocols, and commitment to upholding company policies.
• Ability to build relationships with regular and VIP guests and deliver excellent service consistently.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to assist in various tasks and collaborate with the team to meet business needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous leadership experience in a hospitality environment.
• Cash reconciliation and control experience.
• Health and safety awareness, ensuring the safety and welfare of guests and staff, and compliance with UAE government health and safety protocols.
