What you will do?

• Greet all guests with a smile and a friendly, professional attitude.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained restaurant and workstation.
• Deliver products & service promptly and safely to guests.
• Collaborate effectively with waitstaff and floor staff, listening to instructions and staying aware of your surroundings.
• Explain about shisha menu to customers. Additionally, inform about the shisha specials for the day.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work attitude to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Report any breakages to a supervisor.

What Are We Looking For?

• Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Energetic, confident, and fun-loving, with a strong work ethic.
• Solid understanding of shisha.
• Committed to continuous improvement and eager to learn new skills, always prioritizing client satisfaction.
