Position: waiter and waitress

Location: Tower C, Damac Towers Paramount, Business Bay, Dubai

Responsibilities:

- Greeting and seating guests: Welcoming customers, escorting them to their tables, and providing menus.

- Taking orders: Listening to customers' food and drink preferences, offering recommendations, and accurately recording orders.

- Serving food and drinks: Delivering orders to tables, ensuring accuracy, and addressing any special requests.

- Knowledge of menu: Being well-versed in the menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergen information.

- Customer service: Providing attentive and friendly service, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

- Handling customer complaints: Addressing issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

- Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient service and a harmonious work environment.

Qualifications:

- (at least 2 years)Previous waiter experience in a high-volume restaurant or lounge environment is preferred.

- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems

- Providing exceptional customer service to guests.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Strong organizational skills to manage orders, inventory.

- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional custocustomer experiences.

- Fluent ( or native ) English languange speaker. Mandarin or Arabic, Russian,Hindu...any extra languages are a plus...

- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak dining hours in the restaurant and bar industry.
