Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Lead and inspire a diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and dedication.

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant and lounge to ensure smooth service, top-notch guest experiences, and adherence to quality standards.

- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets.

- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize resource utilization without compromising on quality.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to enhance the restaurant's reputation and business opportunities.

- Implement and uphold health, safety, and hygiene protocols in accordance with industry regulations.

- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to staff to enhance their skills and advance their career growth.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

 

Requirements:

- Proven at least 2 years experience as a General Manager in a high-end restaurant & lounge setting.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Solid understanding of financial management and the ability to analyze financial data.

- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, industry trends, and customer preferences.

- Adept at problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.

- Fluent ( or native ) English language speaker as a mandatory requirement. Mandarin or Arabic...extra languages are a plus...
