Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers with a warm and friendly attitude.

Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items, including daily specials and promotions.

Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests are noted.

Make recommendations and upsell food and beverages, including specials, desserts, and signature cocktails.

Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.

Engage with guests to ensure their dining experience exceeds expectations.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Process payments and provide accurate change or card transactions.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and workstations.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and served correctly.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about menu changes and promotions.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer-facing role is preferred.

A bubbly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.

Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell food and beverages.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Must be punctual, reliable, and well-presented.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
