Hotel & Catering Personnel are delighted to be seeking a strong Jnr. Sous Chef Pastry, to act as second-in-charge within our pastry department.
Skills required:
- Knowledgeable in baking methods and techniques.
- Experienced in cake production, dessert preparation and A la Carte plating
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of pastry
- Good leadership skills, managing a small team of staff
- Strong communication skills, fluency in English is a must
- Creative and attention to detail orientated
