Job Title: Head Bartender
Reports To: Bar Manager / Restaurant Manager

Job Summary:
The Head Bartender oversees bar operations, ensures exceptional beverage service, and leads the bar team to maintain high standards of hospitality, quality, and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and an in-depth knowledge of beverages and mixology.

Key Responsibilities:
Bar Operations:
Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company standards.
Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders to avoid shortages.
Ensure the bar is clean, organized, and complies with health and safety regulations.
Team Leadership:
Train, mentor, and manage the bar team to deliver excellent customer service.
Schedule bar staff shifts and manage performance evaluations.
Resolve team or customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Beverage Preparation & Innovation:
Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks, with consistency and flair.
Develop and update bar menus in collaboration with the Bar Manager, introducing creative, seasonal, and signature drinks.
Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the guest experience.
Customer Service:
Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and a memorable experience.
Handle special requests and customize drinks as needed.
Promote upselling techniques to increase sales and enhance the guest experience.
Financial Management:
Monitor bar sales and profitability, ensuring cost control and waste reduction.
Prepare reports on bar performance, including sales, inventory, and staff productivity.
