Key Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent guest service
• Prepare and serve drinks as per company standards
• Ensure that guests are served in accordance to State and local guidelines
regarding the service of alcohol
• To offer trend setting and innovative products and services and contribute to sales activities and assist in maximizing revenue
• To set up the bar and prepare all mise-en-place for service
• Set up and maintain cleanliness of bar area
• Taking inventory of the bar
• To report issues or requirements to the supervisors
• To ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage
• Performs other duties as assigned

Candidate Profile:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2-year experience of a similar position within a five star hotel
• Friendly, positive and outgoing personality
• Thorough beverage knowledge
• Excellent communication skills and good command of English language. Other language skills are a plus
• Formal training on wine, cigars, teas, up-selling techniques, silver service, cocktails and any other related courses are a plus
• This position requires full mobility, continuous movement and the ability to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds
• Ability to work in a high-pace and dynamic operations demonstrating following competencies:
