Job Description
At DUO Gastrobar we are redefining the fine casual dining experience with a modern take on European cuisine. Now we are looking for an experience Chef de Partie to join our new project at Dubai Hills on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities
- Prepare specific food items and meal components at your station;
- Follow directions provided by the Head Chef;
- Collaborate with the rest of the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and service;
- Keep your area of the kitchen safe and sanitary;
- Stocktake and order supplies for your station;
- Improve your food preparation methods based on feedback;
- Assist in other areas of the kitchen when required;
Qualifications
- You have similar work experience of 2 years or more;
- Speaks Russian fluently (важно знание русского);
- Is knowledgeable about kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards;
- You have a good organizational skills;
- Is disciplined, dedicated, loyal, stress-resistant.
