Position: Waitress
Report to: Restaurant Manager / Assistant restaurant manager Responsibilities:
  • Ensure opening of assigned section properly when it comes to tables and chairs cleaning and alignment
• Ensures side station is stocked and ready for service
• Order taking on assigned section
• Menu knowledge and detailed platting
• Upselling items requested from chef and bar section
• Maintain proper personal hygiene standards trimmed beard, tidy hair, full uniform
cleaned and pressed
• Aware of all reservation and special needs on the section eg birthdays, allergies etc
• Aware of internal policies and procedures when it comes to shift timing, accuracy at
work
• Serving with a smile
• Implements all internal rules and regulations
