The GM or AGM duties are divided into: Restaurant (Soul Kitchen) & Club (Reunion) Operations / Planning / Financial and Marketing Operations.

Restaurant & Club Operations: To lead across all aspects of the restaurant and club operations, ensuring that the outlets are efficiently performing, and profits are maximized while managing overall operations. The duties in this aspect include managing, monitoring, and motivating staff; menu development and engineering; overseeing and managing costs; formulating and coordinating policies; ensuring excellent product quality and customer service; engaging with vendors; securing sponsorships for the venue; working on strategies to increase average spend; and organizing and overseeing club events such as weekends, comedy nights, and hip-hop nights to enhance the venue's appeal and revenue.

Planning Financial Operations: To assist the Director of Operations in the overall operation and financial planning of the outlet. The duties in this aspect focus on cost reduction, cost efficiency, revenue generation, budget optimization, implementing financial controls, analysing financial performance, and developing strategies to enhance profitability.
