Europe Hospitality hiring Floor Supervisor at Manama, Bahrain

5 star Hotel chain in Bahrain looking for  Floor Supervisors Restaurants / Female 

Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position 

Preferable European 

Visa available for eastern European

Good level of essential English & Italian speaking

Main Duties and Tasks: 

restaurant team leader, to: being a role model with behaviour that motivates and inspires employees; being passionate about providing service to guests and ensuring each experience is of the highest quality; demonstrating a strong awareness and concern for food quality/safety and restaurant cleanliness; enjoying working in a fast-paced, high energy, and team-oriented environment; having to willingly accept and comply with the company grooming and appearance standards; and performing basic administrative duties.
The ideal restaurant team leader will be: a self-motivated individual; an excellent communicator; experienced in large restaurant in buffet and a la carte style service; able to lead a team of colleagues; well organised; willing and able to work a rotating roster and be available to work both morning & nights.

Salary 650BD (1800 Euros) + ticket +accommodation +meals on duty +medical.
