URGENT HIRING : HEAD CHEF

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

* Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role at a reputable establishment.
* Exceptional culinary skills with a focus on Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
* Strong leadership abilities to manage and mentor kitchen staff effectively.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* A passion for maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and cleanliness.
* Ability to work under pressure and in busy restaurants.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen
* Designing and developing a creative menu that reflects our brand’s vision
* Ensuring compliance with healthy and safety regulations
* Managing food inventory and ordering supplies as needed
* Training and developing kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance

The budget for this candidate is AED 20,000 per month all inclusive*
