MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Only WAITRESS/FEMALE VIP SERVERS can apply
  2. Minimum commitment is 3 days a week THURS, FRI, SAT may change and or increase depending on the operations requirements
  3. Minimum 3 years experience in a night club
  4. A la carte and bottle service experience
  5. Upselling skills

You must have:

  1. Experience in the same role in Dubai Night Club
  2. Valid UAE residence visa
  3. Good looking
  4. Pleasing & welcoming personality
  5. Presentable
  6. Possess excellent skill in customer service
  7. High knowledge and great execution of upselling the F&B Menu
  8. Club Experience
  9. A La Carte & Bottle Service Experience
  10. Efficient and Switch 
  11. Great communication and guest relation skills

  13. Greet and seat guests in a professional and personalized manner
  14. Take accurate orders, provide information and give suggestions about menu items and daily specials
  15. If asked, explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods 
  16. Make sure the order is prepared according to the menu or as requested by the guests
  17. Ensure that continued service is managed in your section during the course of the meal
  18. Provide accurate bills to the guests and process the correct payment transaction
  19. To keep all restaurant areas, clean at all times and to regularly clean all cutlery, tables and other equipment
  20. To clean and clear tables and surrounding areas after customers have left
  21. Reset tables and tidy up all surrounding areas
  22. Follow correct sequence of service as outlined in the Operations Manual
  23. To notify the supervisor if you notice any particular item of stock is running low
  24. To attend training sessions as and when required
  25. To handle complaints in a professional and courteous manner and to provide appropriate solutions. To immediately inform your supervisor of all cases and forward all complaints and suggestions to the Manager on duty
  26. To ensure that all food and drinks served are of the best quality and in proper presentation, as per our standards
  27. To ensure proper care and security of guests’ belongings, restaurant equipment, stock and furniture. In case of any maintenance issues, report them to the Manager on duty immediately
  28. To assist in keeping operating costs to a minimum by efficient and responsible use of resources such as electricity, water, linen, stationery, cleaning materials, cutlery, glassware and other equipment
  29. To comply with all Company Policies and Procedures and maintain excellent grooming standard at all time
