- Only WAITRESS/FEMALE VIP SERVERS can apply
- Minimum commitment is 3 days a week THURS, FRI, SAT may change and or increase depending on the operations requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in a night club
- A la carte and bottle service experience
- Upselling skills

You must have:
- Experience in the same role in Dubai Night Club
- Valid UAE residence visa
- Good looking
- Pleasing & welcoming personality
- Presentable
- Possess excellent skill in customer service
- High knowledge and great execution of upselling the F&B Menu
- Club Experience
- A La Carte & Bottle Service Experience
- Efficient and Switch
- Great communication and guest relation skills

*************Standard Role******************
- Greet and seat guests in a professional and personalized manner
- Take accurate orders, provide information and give suggestions about menu items and daily specials
- If asked, explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods
- Make sure the order is prepared according to the menu or as requested by the guests
- Ensure that continued service is managed in your section during the course of the meal
- Provide accurate bills to the guests and process the correct payment transaction
- To keep all restaurant areas, clean at all times and to regularly clean all cutlery, tables and other equipment
- To clean and clear tables and surrounding areas after customers have left
- Reset tables and tidy up all surrounding areas
- Follow correct sequence of service as outlined in the Operations Manual
- To notify the supervisor if you notice any particular item of stock is running low
- To attend training sessions as and when required
- To handle complaints in a professional and courteous manner and to provide appropriate solutions. To immediately inform your supervisor of all cases and forward all complaints and suggestions to the Manager on duty
- To ensure that all food and drinks served are of the best quality and in proper presentation, as per our standards
- To ensure proper care and security of guests’ belongings, restaurant equipment, stock and furniture. In case of any maintenance issues, report them to the Manager on duty immediately
- To assist in keeping operating costs to a minimum by efficient and responsible use of resources such as electricity, water, linen, stationery, cleaning materials, cutlery, glassware and other equipment
- To comply with all Company Policies and Procedures and maintain excellent grooming standard at all time
