Job Title: Receptionist

Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Provide general information about the company and its services to clients and visitors.
  • Support other team members with various tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position; typical office hours from 10:00 AM-6:30 PM
