Job Description
The Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operation of the front office. This role involves managing administrative tasks, handling inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- Handle inquiries via email and in person, providing accurate information.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
