Job description

As Supervisor, you represent the company and its standards in any task you perform, especially in the absence of the Assistant/Restaurant Manager, in which you will be the face of the restaurant operation. The performance of the team members you are in charge of, is your entire responsibility. Their success is your success.
Your product knowledge is to rank the highest in the venue as you are to set all service trainings.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain a positive and full of energy attitude at all times.
• Encourage respect and trust with the decisions taken by the Management.
• Conduct regular trainings to keep the staff up to the brand standards.
• Ensure that the company policies, safety and local regulations are respected to the letter.
• Ensure that Opening, Closing and Operational duties are efficiently completed by all team members.
• Schedule, organize and supervise the shifts of the Team. Taking in consideration days off, PH’s and vacations.
• Brief your team with special service requirements and anything of operational interest.
• Supervise the payment and billing processes in the Restaurant.
• Encourage upselling and suggestive selling with guests anticipating always to their needs.
• Ensure all sections are fully stocked and all operating needs are covered.
• Respond and handle customer complaints ensuring guests perceive the outcome as satisfactory.
• Build and maintain a good relationship with our guests, to improve their experience and contribute to repeat business.
• Strive for an excellent Guest Experience constantly, presenting monthly plans to improve it constantly.
• Obtain and analyse regularly feedback from guests and staff to ensure an excellent Guest Experience.
Complete all duties assigned by the Assistant Restaurant Manager/Restaurant Manager.
