We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our presence by connecting with new clients, particularly in the hospitality and events sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, a deep understanding of staffing solutions, and the ability to assess and improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

    •    Visit and connect with potential clients (e.g., restaurants, bars, nightclubs, hotels) to offer staffing solutions.

    •    Conduct regular visits to maintain client relationships and analyze business needs.

    •    Network within the hospitality industry to identify new opportunities.

    •    Offer consultations and business performance analysis to improve client operations.

    •    Work closely with staffing teams and help train new recruits.

Requirements:

    •    Female, 21+

    •    Must have a car & valid UAE driving license.

    •    Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, hospitality management, or a related role.

    •    Strong industry connections within Dubai’s hospitality sector.

    •    Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    •    Self-motivated and able to work independently.
