We are hiring a Recruitment Specialist to manage staffing, onboarding, and training processes for our UK, EU, and UAE operations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

    •    Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training for new hires across multiple regions.

    •    Conduct in-person and video interviews to assess candidates.

    •    Develop training manuals and structured onboarding processes to improve efficiency.

    •    Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and ensure the best talent is placed.

    •    Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Requirements:

    •    Female, 21+

    •    Must have a car & valid UAE driving license.

    •    Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR.

    •    Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment best practices.

    •    Excellent communication and interviewing skills.

    •    Ability to create and implement structured recruitment processes.
