As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for all front office tasks and ensuring that every customer experience exceeds expectations. You will play a vital role in promoting the club’s packages, managing the reception area, and providing customers with the information and assistance they need to make the most of their fitness journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
  • Maintain a tidy and operational reception area.
  • Handle check-ins, member access, and monitor group exercise attendance.
  • Manage incoming calls and promote club services and technology.
  • Process sales, payments, and update membership records.
  • Manage key control, cash collections, and prepare invoices/reports.
  • Organize and maintain administrative documents and assist with timesheets.
  • Ensure adherence to club policies, systems, and processes.
  • Support the team in preparing commission sheets and following cash handling protocols.
  • Promote membership renewals and track retail sales to achieve targets.
  • Generate daily and monthly operational and performance reports.
  • Ensure proper opening/closing procedures and monitor cleanliness and maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a front desk, hospitality, or customer service role, preferably in a fitness or wellness environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
  • Energetic, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Ability to think quickly and solve problems efficiently, seeking help when needed.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and support colleagues.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
