Jobs and Responsibilities

• Meet requirements of customers from all market segments under his/her responsibilities and provide “just in time” delivery of services.
• Coordinate with the golf clubs with regards to bookings and status/requirements associated with it.
• Follow up on billings for clients both overseas and local bookings.
• Coordinate with the accounts department regarding payments done by credit card, bank transfers and cash/cheque.
• Together with Department Supervisor, work on developing standard operating procedures in line with company’s standards.
• Ensure sales productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Initiate excellent rapport with the Reservations Team of all golf clubs.
• Must be capable of doing Month end reports and No show reports.
• Monitor all online reservations for public, contracted agents and any other market segment introduced.
