About the Opportunity

We are searching for an exceptional and experienced VIP Headwaiter to join the private staff of an Ultra High Net Worth (UNHW) individual in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the private dining experience within the client's luxurious villa, ensuring impeccable service that caters to the discerning needs of the client and their guests.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the private dining service, from menu planning and preparation to table service and guest interaction.
  • Oversee a team of waitstaff, ensuring seamless and professional service delivery.
  • Anticipate and fulfill the needs of the client and their guests, providing a highly personalized and attentive dining experience.
  • Manage and maintain the inventory of fine wines, glassware, and other dining accouterments.
  • Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained in the dining area and serviceware.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of current fine dining trends and etiquette.
  • Coordinate with the housekeeping and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient dining operation.
  • Discreetly manage any guest requests or special needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager OR Outlets Manager in a fine dining establishment or private service environment.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a team of waitstaff.
  • In-depth knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service protocols.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
  • Discreet, professional, and reliable with a high degree of integrity.
  • Experience working within a private service environment (highly desirable).
  • Knowledge of international cuisines (a plus).
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (highly desirable).
