Job Description

About the role:

We are seeking for a creative and experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in the Food & Beverage industry , capable of leading our social media and PR efforts. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives that promote brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our Food & Beverage offerings across various channels.
  • Manage all aspects of social media marketing, including content creation, posting schedules, community engagement, and performance analysis.
  • Oversee public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, and event coordination, to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are in line with overall business objectives and brand messaging.
  • Monitor industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to achieve targeted results.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred.
  • 3 + experience in marketing roles within the Food & Beverage industry, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
  • Strong proficiency in social media management and PR, with a track record of successful campaigns and initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create messages that captivate a variety of audiences.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics, capable of creating engaging content that appeals to target audience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and drive results independently.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM) as well as Microsoft Office suite.
