Job Description:
As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming and enjoyable experience. You will be responsible for receiving calls, managing reservations, and warmly greeting guests upon arrival.
Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and handling reservations
Welcoming and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner
Providing information about our menu and services
Ensuring guest satisfaction by maintaining a welcoming environment
SALARY Package:
Total Monthly Salary: $1600
Basic Salary: $1000 per month
Transportation Allowance: $300 per month
Accommodation Allowance: $300 per month
Additional Information:
Working Hours: 9 hours with 1 hour break and one day off per week based on operational needs.
Probation Period: 6 months, with a performance review at the end of this period.
Notice Period: One month for early termination.
