Department Manager – Men & Woman’s Ready to Wear – Dubai!

We are looking for a Department Manager for this upmarket Department Store – must have worked within luxury fashion retail or department store!

Further skills, experience and attributes the ideal candidate must have:

-              Experience within Men & Women’s ready-to-wear and this role will also oversee Lingerie and personal shopping

-              Must ideally have been a Category Manager with experience in Local Buying and Merchandising, Stock Allocation and Stock Management. And of course, will also be responsible on the day to day (financial and non-financial) operations of the department.

-              UAE experience preferred but open with UK experience or expats.

-              Experienced in handling a big team.

-              Role will be handling a multi-cultural team and consignment/concession stores

-              Experienced in high turnover department and developing business.

-              Excellent people management skills.

-              Excellent communication and negotiating skills.

Salary Package Offered:

Up to 20,000 – 28,000AED all included and dependent upon experience
