An exciting opportunity with this established & expanding casual dining concept offering delicious, freshly produced food - We are looking for highly experienced & hands-on Restaurant Managers to lead the team at this hugely popular Mediterranean concept!

Reporting to the Group Ops Manager you are responsible for service excellence:

Daily invoice capturing onto POS

Staff roster creation and management

Stock taking ability 

Train, manage and motivate staff

Exceptional floor management 

Eye for details (OCD candidates are preferred!)

Work with marketing and operations manager closely
