Senior Operations Manager – KSA!

The Operations Manager assists the Operations Director in the smooth and efficient running of the KSA operations – we need a real professional who has strong experience in Saudi or the Gulf region and currently at Senior Op’s Manager or Ops manager!

Key Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, to lead team members and implement the Company’s business vision in KSA.

• Strong experience in the Gul region with 10= years’ experience in branded restaurants

• Post-secondary education is preferred

• Able to manage multi-sites with a fresh approach – standardise operations and ensure P&L’s are met

• Fire fighting and able to jump in and help in a store

• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of Food Safety and Quality controls.

• Ability to multi-task and take on cross functional tasks when required.

• Ability to direct and supervise others.

• Ability to cope under pressure.

Salary Package Offered:

SAR30-35k salary package and all-inclusive plus standards benefits for self and family
