R25 000 – R27 000 CTC Dependent upon experience

An excellent opportunity for a highly experienced F&B hoteliers to join this leading hotel group in the heart of the Mother City!

Reporting to the F&B Manager we are looking at someone with a passion for beverage - You will be spoilt with premium labels, signature cocktails, stunning location & an eager service team in the bar,

Plus a very busy all-day dining restaurant; multiple C&E platforms!

Successful Candidates will have the following:

Relevant Bar & Food experience within high-end establishments

Company culture best suited to a processed driven team player!

Full understanding of staff management, administration & financials – Resource management & inventory control are key!
