Coffee shop in JLT hiring Assistant Restaurant Manager at Dubai, United Arab Emirates

This is a temporary employment (2 months) for the opening of a coffee shop (with restaurant licence).

You must have experience in the opening of such an establishment in Dubai and a good knowledge of the procedures. A high interest in eco-friendly restaurant and in sustainable questions as well as in healthy food is a MUST. Technical knowledge (POS, coffee machine, etc) is also requested. You must be polyvalent (multi tasks) and flexible.

You will assist the manager with all the aspects during the last weeks before the opening : final authorizations, contact with the free zone, recruitment and training of the staff, equipment, suppliers (food and beverage market as well as maintenance services like pest control, etc), Pos, social media, etc. 

A light renovation of the restaurant is starting soon and you will have also to supervise the contractor. An experience in this field is a plus.
