Coconut hiring Chef at Doha, Qatar

We are looking for applicants who possess the following capabilities:

• Basic cooking knowledge and knife skills are preferred.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and the willingness to respond positively to criticism are necessary.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar post
• At least 2 years of experience in a 4-5 stars hotel
• Possess the ability to quickly and authoritatively delegate job tasks to a the staff
• Very good planning and directing food preparation
• Ability to sort out the problems that arise in the kitchen and seizing control of a situation at a moment’s notice.
• Calm under Pressure.
• Strong personal integrity and honesty.
• Team Player. Able to listen, communicate, and work well with people.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read, write and verbally communicates effectively and professionally with other business departments, management, guests, and vendors.
