Chaihona Restaurant hiring Bartender/Barmaid at Dubai, United Arab Emirates

As a bartender at GABA, you will be the face of our establishment, creating an inviting atmosphere and delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring our guests have a great time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Ensure the bar area is stocked and organized.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and surrounding areas.
• Follow safety and alcohol regulations.
• Assist with inventory and restocking when necessary.
• Keep track of drink orders and manage multiple orders at once.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth, efficient operation.

Requirements:

• Prior bartending or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and friendly.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
