Job Description

As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be the face of GABA, providing personalized service, managing guest experiences, and fostering relationships with our high-profile clientele. Your ability to anticipate guests' needs, handle inquiries with professionalism, and create a welcoming atmosphere will be key to our success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with VIP guests and loyal clientele.
  • Handle reservations, special requests, and guest inquiries efficiently.
  • Provide personalized service to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the main point of contact for guest feedback, resolving any concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate with the management and service team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Keep an updated database of high-profile clients and ensure their preferences are noted.
  • Assist in promotional events and ensure top-tier service is provided to attendees.
  • Stay informed about menu offerings, promotions, and special events to provide recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar guest relations role in luxury hospitality.
  • Strong existing client base and ability to attract high-end clientele.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Well-groomed, polished, and presentable appearance.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, etc.) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with reservation and CRM systems is an advantage.
