Job Description

Job Title: Retail Associate 

Job Summary
- Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall guest experience. Can independently handle tasks that positively impact service and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Interaction and Service:**
  - Deliver excellent customer service in accordance with established standards.
  - Demonstrate enthusiasm and attentiveness in serving guests.
  - Upsell products or services as appropriate.

- **Operational Tasks:**
  - Conduct inventory counts as scheduled.
  - Operate cashier systems proficiently and according to company standards.
  - Take takeaway orders adhering to brand standards.
  - Communicate out-of-stock items promptly to management.
  - Ensure all side duties and cleaning schedules are completed daily.

- **Knowledge and Communication:**
  - Possess a thorough understanding of the brand concept, history, and vision.
  - Able to explain and apply the brand audit process.
  - Immediately report any issues or concerns to managers or team leaders.

**Qualifications and Skills:**
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude toward guest service.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions that positively impact customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures.
- Willingness to follow and maintain cleanliness and operational standards.
- Capacity to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.

**Education and Experience:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Training in customer service standards and procedures beneficial.

**Work Environment:**
- Fast-paced environment requiring the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
