Requirements

As a Team Leader, you will supervise effectiveness of workflow and sequence of service during service periods and provides constant hands-on support. You will also monitor customer satisfaction and respond to customer feedback and complaints ensuring Company standards & procedures are followed.

• Hotel School Diploma or Degree
• 2 years supervisory experience in a 5-star hotel
• English (spoken & written)
• Currently based in the UAE
• Knowledge of Food and Beverage applications (micros, SEVEN ROOMS, Open Table)
• Must possess interpersonal skills and ability to work in multi-cultural environment
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence
